Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups, dairy or non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup, rolled oats
  • 1/4th cup of chia seeds
  • 2 scoops of the Lean & Clean Chocolate Blast by CollaFusions
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients
  • Blend
  • Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours
