Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups, dairy or non-dairy milk
- 1 cup, rolled oats
- 1/4th cup of chia seeds
- 2 scoops of the Lean & Clean Chocolate Blast by CollaFusions
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients
- Blend
- Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours
